Husband wants 4 day camping trip w/ guy friend & girl, should he go????? My husband is a wonderful man that works hard & likes to be out in nature. Recently, a friend came up w/ idea of a 4 day camping trip down some river & "roughing" it. I don't want to go (4 DAYS!! I'll go camping, but not for 4 days w/ out shower, phone, etc.....) However, he still wants to go & aside from a little wife worry & no phone, I normally wouldn't mind. The problem is that the friends' girlfriend wants to go & I think she a little crush on my husband. I've explained to him nicely, that I don't feel comfortable w/ him going w/out me. I don't think he'd cheat! We have a stable loving marriage, I just don't trust this other girl....never have. The situation is obvious......her man doesn't have a job, has gained a lot of weight recently & in my eyes, I would never give the time of day to. On other hand, my husband is in a stable marriage w/ a career & quite more handsome. Do I let him go or am I in the right to say no???

I need ideas for meals for our 9 day camping trip.? We are going camping Yosemite for 9 days. We will have a stove and we already have the typical meals planned like chilli, hot dogs, bacon & eggs, sandwiches and stuff like that but we need more since we will be eating 9 breakfasts, 9 lunches, and 8 dinners. Organising a surprise camping trip? For my dad's birthday I want to organise a camping trip for me and him. I know of a good camping place that has cool activities we an do (mountain bike riding and bush walking), and I have all the gear we need. But I don't have my licence (I have my L plates and am just doing my driving hours now). I asked him if he is free soon and he said he is next week and straight away offered to take me down south just to do my hours, which is kind of poo, because that was going to be my present to him :P I want to make the trip a kind of surprise, and plan it all out so he doesn't have to do anything, so it is more of a present. Any ideas on how I can do that? What can I give him at his party - a note thing saying what he has to pack and for when or something? It kind of gives it away, and the moutainbikes attached to the car? I could do the shopping and get the gear and put it in the boot of the car so he doesn't see it, but it might be hard as the car is at his house. Any ideas for me?

What are some good pranks for a camping trip? I am going on a weekend camping trip with my dad, 4 uncles, 3 aunts, and 7 cousins (all boys). We sleep outside in tents, but there is a house with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It is tradition for pranks to be pulled every year---we don't do things like switching the salt and pepper lids though. Ours tend to be more ridiculous and harmless. For example, last year my cousin and I went on to the roof in the middle of the night and put up a giant inflatable balloon made to look like Jim Carrey. The year before, my uncle netted the kitchen in green mesh. Do you have any ideas for a memorable but harmless prank to pull this weekend? This is a kind of poll, regarding men. If two (heterosexual) guys were going on a camping trip together...? what do you think the average/normal length of the trip would be? Both are married, one has children. Also, same two guys, if they get together aprox. 3-4 times a month to play video games, what do you think the average/normal number of hours spent playing in one evening would be? I'm being accused of being a nagging wife, and if I am being unfair, I'd be willing to admit it and let it go. Maybe I'm just jealous because I'm a stay at home mom and I don't get to take off and hang out with a friend for hours on end. On the other hand, maybe the time they spend together is excessive. What are some harmless but fun pranks to pull on a camping trip to guys? When we go camping thsees guys always try to do something to us that would "get us good". Well we did some stuff the last time, but we need something better now. We really need to get them good this year. Last year it wasn't really anything good but it got them irritated. Camping Rocky Mountain National Park. Jun-July 08? I'm planning our camping trip for next summer and need some ideas for a 7 year old while we camp at Rocky Mountain National Park. Does anyone know if they do a fireworks show? Easy trails that she could keep up on? Any recomendations on camp grounds within the park? We camp a lot in eastern nebraska all summer, but mountains will be different. Will it get really cold at night? I've been there once, but it was soo long ago I don't remember the details.
