Help! i need talent show ideas for camp?
I want to do a funny talent show 'thing'. the group is debate club and there are 5 or so coming to camp. we would like an idea for a skit or something of the like

- Do an American Idol take-off, with some of you being the three popular judges. Then, the contestants sing. And just like American Idol, most of them can't anyway and get critiqued for it. That would be funny.
- set it in a courtroom be really dramatic and over the top and use famous lines from movies like 'you cant handle the truth!' and anything from legally blonde and other law type movies. good luck!
- Do a scary movie sortta thing. MAke fun of other movies and things. Like american idol, the simpsons, shrek and any other films you can think of...Good Luck
- put together a dance and dress up like president bush hahahahaha.......you guyes could be dancing bushes
- I have an idea that requires basically 3-4 people, a piece of fruit, a newspaper, a bench, a box (or something to stand on), a sponge and a bucket of water (or confetti). As the scene opens a person is standing on the box like a statue. A person walks on stage and sits on the bench (make sure the statue is directly behind the bench) the person sits down and begins to read the newspaper, as he does the statue magically comes to life and taps the person in the shoulder then resumes his being-a-statue and the person cant figure out what happened, so they walk off stage. a second person walks on stage with a piece of fruit and sets it down on the bench and ties there shoe facing the audience, as they tie there shoe the statue comes to life and takes the fruit. and re-statues or whatever you want to call it. the person goes for the fruit and its gone, Wondering where the fruit is they walk off stage looking for it. Then a 3rd person walks on stage with a bucket of water and a sponge we starts washing the statue when a voice from off stage calls"Come on Joe, it's time to go" when the 3rd person hears this he just picks up the bucket of water and throws it on the statue and walks off stage. (now if your on an indoor stage and you cant use real water, i find confetti works good too).
