After the books are read and we are bored what do we do lol?? we hav no friends to go camping with lol just me and my bf ..

Fishing, HIking, explore, pick wildflowers, use your imagination...there is a lot of things to do for fun in the mountains on a caamping trip...my personal favorite i can't mention.

I do a little bit of tracking and scat identifying. It can be a little gross, but if you can ident the animal by its tracks and then open the scat with a stick, you can tell what it ate, and how long ago it passed by where you are. The best times to do the tracking is with snow cover (excellent!) Or, just after it has rained. Scat is a different matter altogether. Its best to have a pamphlet with you to help you identify what you have. There are some that look just like others, so it can be challenging at times. If you have range maps, that might help. When I get tired of tracks and scats, I identify wild medicinal plants and study how I could use them in an emergency. Also, quite challenging.
hiking.... bird watching.. outdoor photography.. drinking... cook a baddass meal... gather firewood the old fashion way.. plant/tree identification... frisbee golf (make your own holes)...
