What kind off activities should I bring camping. :)?

- board games, cards, books, magazines, definitely a camera to take good pictures
- It would help to know how long you'll be there, what type of area (will there be swimming, is it woods or desert or ?) and your age... ...radio, playing cards, journal/writing tablet, hand held electronic games and xtra batteries, reading material...whatever you think you'd like to have to entertain you. Have fun and be safe!
- Try to leave as much electronics at home (bring phone but only for emergencies). Try to have things like a frisbee, soccer/football, etc. Focus on doing something physical and with people. Not sure of your situation but here are somethings I like to do when I'm camping. >Go on a hike and explore the area around the site (We usually point out a hilltop or lake and spend several hours just hiking) >Drink around the camp fire and tell old stories >Find a water-hole and fish or swim >Find a patch of grass and play soccer or football
- Card games, board games, Frisbee and balls Also if there a lake, water toys... Anyways that's what i am bringing! Enjoy!
- One thing is once you get to where your at you figure out all kinds of things to do. Hiking, Swimming, taking pictures. Things you can bring, we have a croquet set, it's fun and you can get some great laughs. Not sure if they are still available but Wal Mart (I'm sure others sell them) had a 9 n 1 game set. You can bring dominios, cards, board games.
- frisbee backpack to go day hiking/exploring cards Excellent reply by "Animal"
- Frisbee is my all time personal fave!! plus, with a little aluminum foil, your frisbee doubles as your plate! I always liked the coffee can ice cream when I was a kid, although now you can buy a kit for it, it's some kind of plastic ball now, same concept though.
- Deck of cards Scavenger hunt Bicycles if there are roads. Books Binoculars and field guides
- Musical instrument if you really know how to play it, not electronic though. And please don't take any other electronic crap, such as radios or CD players. One reason to go camping is to enjoy nature. Once you are settled in with your tent set up, you'll start to explore the area by walking around. But if you have all kinds of play toys and games, you won't be inclined to do this, thus diminishing the benefits of being "out there". I would bring maybe an old deck of playing cards and put it in with your first aid kit in case of emergency.
- Nothing. You don't really bring activities, rather you find activities to do. Youc an play cards or electronic games anytime. Plus.. let me telly you, camping is work. Once you set up camp.. there is food to be cooked, etc. I have 5 kdis and take them camping. We have limited capce to extras.. and we don't bring activities, other than maybe frisbees, etc. Things like that, that they really never get to play in our apartment complex in the city. You might bring a book. However, I never do that.. because I am busy with the kids. The whole point is to relax :) Don't overwhelm yourself by trying to bring or plan too many activities.
