  7. Every year we have a family reunion. And every year we have a fundraiser which is an auction! Everyone brings something to auction off (donation) and then my uncle is the auctioneer. We make 2,000-$3,000 bucks from this and it's so much fun! Just ask everyone to bring something. It can be old or new or made. People love to make stuff to bring. One time my husband and I made a "step" for exercising. Only one person wanted it because not many like to exercise HA! I was very disappointed in that one bec. I love to work out! My other uncle was a wood carver and he made lots of gorgeous creations that went for $150 on up. Have fun. Families are so important!!!!!!! All the money goes to renting out a place. We have like 300 folks attend. It's a huge deal. Good luck!
  8. ummm pin the tail on the donkey?? NAKED
  9. Have everyone bring a baby picture and tape them down to the table with a paper under each one and have everyone write their guesses as to who it is. Make up a trivia game where people try to guess, "Who am I?" then you name off clues: "I served our country in WW2" "I married my high school sweetheart" and so forth but only say positive things, don't say, "I molested my kid" or stuff like that, or you could have an unhappy reunion! Good Luck!
  10. I organize several events......and for camping, I prepare in advance a Treasure Hunt, it adds so much excitement, and everyone can participate, some other suggestions are the "Comment Hat".....everyone gets a pen and paper, on each paper they have the name of each person and they must write a "positive" word that describes each person...and of course they will put a positive word about themselves, this way no-one will know who wrote what...they must all print then put the comments into the hat and have someone read it off..... also have a two hour "NO-YES" game, each person cannot say Yes or No for two hours, anyone caught by another person saying these words will loose the elastic band that each person received before starting the game...its lots of fun.........Good-Luck
  11. lots of beer and stories around the fire
