I run a summer day camp trying to think of new color war activities besides the ones we have used in the past?
We have kickboard races in pool and obsstacle courses and balloon toss, soccer challenges and so forth looking for some really creative ones

- Try a cool game called smuglers, Conventionally it uses 2 teams. One the smugglers and one the police, but you can mix it up. Basically, the smugglers are given fake money they have to transport over a certain area and the police have to take the money off them. You need a wide are for this, maybe forested, maybe open. The groups should be equal. At the end of the game (a time limit?) The police and smugglers switch places with the smuglers being the police and visa versa There should be adults at either end of the alotted space, one to hand out money and one to collect and count it. RULES: The smugglers Can only take one piece of money at a time. They can hide it anywhere on their person, apart from in underwear and other gross places. The Police have to tag the the smugglers to get them to stop running, when this happens they have a small amount of time to search them. You may want to measure this time with a few lines of a song the smuggler sings. Once the smuggler has finished the song or the time is up they can keep on running and not be stopped for another 10 seconds or so by the same police person. When they reach the other end they hand over their money and go back for more. The winner at the end is the group with the most money transported.
