Where do I find a free Summer Camp in the Decatur, Georgia area?

I am in the need of a free Summer Camp in the Atlanta/Decatur Georgia area that offers fun and activities as well as academics.

1. Call the state or do a search on Google.
2. I don't really think there are totally "free" camps out there. However, most camps offer scholarships which pay for most or all of the tuition. Try searching the American Camping Association website http://www.acacamps.com you can use the advance search and put in a price range and location.Then when you find a camp call them and ask about there financial aid or scholarship program.
