what is a good gift idea to give a friend going to camp?

I don't know what to get her, i'm on a budget and they don't allow candy! I need help!!!!!!!!!!!! She has not had her period yet and she goes to camp on Sunday! As i say again she has not had her period yet!!!!!!1 She is not pregnant, we are just going to camp for fun!

1. Give her some Kotex with wings. Okay I give whats your point about her period is she pregnant and going to a camp where they might check her hymen, or was she hoping to have a period before she went to camp so she would not be all crabby when she got there?
2. A picture of the two of you in a frame! I am sure she will miss you and whenever she does she can look at the picture. Or maybe a stationary set. That way you she can write letters to family and friends. Both of these things could be found at a Dollar Store (I recommend Dollar Tree!)
3. Make her a gift bag with sunscreen and bugspray and a small first aid kit (including pads and tampons) - get as much of it as you can at a Dollarama (or whatever dollar store you're near) Maybe get her a disposable camera, or film if she already has a camera. Get a photo album or a scrapbook for her to keep all her memories of camp in and tuck one photo of you and her inside with a special message on the back.
4. frame a picture of her friends, or get a book that you think she would like (for the 9-12ish age range judy blume is always good) or get a notebook and write short stories, poems and funny memories and add pictures and have other friends add their own notes to it. She'll probably appreciate anything that reminds her of home and her friends
5. write her a note for each day she will be gone put each in an envelope with the day she is to open it u tell her how much u miss her and make a list of the things u want to do when she gets back
