We are going motorcycling on the Blue Ridge Parkway this weekend and are going to camp along the way any tips?

1. Bring warmer gear than you think you need ... it gets chilly up there this early in the year. And make sure you tank up before you hit the parkway ... running out of gas on the mountain is real embarassing (I know!). Have a great time!
2. Bring old T-Shirts, underwear and socks and throw them away as you use them to lighten the load. Bring rain gear for sure and a first aid kit would help.
