Camping Out Ideas

I need Christmas gift ideas for my husband. Any ideas?

He is into gadgets; anything cool. The problem is that he pretty much has everything he wants. He has an Iphone(I waited in line for 5 1/2 hours for it), 50 inch plasma, surround sound, laptop, PC, DVR, Playstation 3, motorcycle, camper, jeep, Lucien Piccard and Seiko watches, etc. It is important to me to buy him a great gift, as he is fantastic at gift giving. He will not give me any ideas. I am looking at between $100-$200. I would like actual gift ideas, nothing like love coupons, sex, etc. Thanks! He just got a new coat last year. I also purchased him a new Sirius satellite radio for Christmas last year. But thank you for the help. We like to go geocaching together. Every answer I get it just reminds me of something he has. AAAHHH! This is so hard.

  1. What about a nice pair of sunglasses, or a nice accessory for his vehicle? You can't go wrong with video games... What about a new winter coat?
  2. What about a portable navigation system for his vehicle? There are many price points for one of these, as well as different brands, ie Garmin, TomTom, Magellan. You can get one in your price range, but I don't think they are quite as "good", but I bet he would love it even if it is on the low-end as they are so cool. I am getting my husband one, as well. I'm looking @ the $300 range and I'm focusing on Garmin. PS - I was told to check eBay for great prices. And the day after Thanksgiving, I heard Dick's Sporting Goods had some fair ones for sale for around $75 to $125. I'm sure that was teh "after" turkey day festivities, but i heard you canfind deals on them. GOOD LUCK ..
  3. If he has a favorite pro sports team, you could get him an authentic players jacket, sweatshirts any and all kinds of team wear and gadgets with the team logo on all. Some items are very expensive, others are moderately priced. Yahoo has a great sport teams gift store site, just look under Sports. Orders are shipped in 3 days and the site is secure. If he`s not into sports, get him a leather motorcycle jacket. Does he fish or hunt, try a good rod and reel or a rifle for hunting.
  4. Ohh wow! Um I would have to say a sound system for his car, but that's all I can think of.
  5. oo i like the gps idea. i was thinking about getting one for my dad, who is also a gadget guy. another idea is a telescope. you could even buy him a star with it! or an acre of the moon--apparently those are selling for $19 a pop. good luck!
  6. I concur with BMD, but get him the hand held model, he'll want to show it off to all of his buddies at work, and brag about how thoughtful his girl is.
  7. God I wish I could come up with a really good idea to help, But I am a Husband trying to come up with ideas of what I want from my wife for christmas. I frankly am without needs myself, so I cannot even use that to help my case. Do you know if there is something he misses from his younger days With all his new toys, it sounds like a good direction to try (like roller skates). Remote control helicopters are cool.

  9. You could buy posters at http://www.viewposters.com
  10. Maybe this gadget would appeal to him ($150): http://www.smartshopperusa.com Its a device called the SmartShopper. It automatically creates a grocery shopping list. You stick it on your fridge, and whenever you need to add something to it, you just speak into it. It recognizes your voice and cataegorizes the items. Then you print it off, and go to the store...pretty cool.
  11. If you're looking for a sweet and original gift idea, these personalized soaps from soapcard. com might do the trick. They make romantic heart shaped soaps with your photo and personalized message embedded inside. I got one for my boyfriend and he loved it. You can write all kinds of funny stuff.
